EcoStruxure Process Safety Advisor is an IIoT-based platform that creates an accurate, real-time enterprise-wide risk profile for customers. This solution focuses on ensuring the safe operation of customer assets, such as plants, and enhancing revenue generation through this. It also enables management of potential risks.

Data from multiple work sites is integrated and displayed in real time on the interface. Users can manage crisis situations that impact corporate performance in real time, safely managing business profitability and enhancing decision-making capabilities. Furthermore, by continuously providing data on measuring equipment in industrial sites, it is possible to manage potential risks and minimize on-site safety accidents.

EcoStruxure Process Safety Advisor identifies conditions requiring corrective action through easy-to-understand performance dashboards and leading indicators of safety status, while documenting the overall response process using SIF audit trails for safety compliance.
