Mouser supplies Infineon ultra-compact three-phase inverter modules

Mouser Electronics announced on the 19th that it supplies the 'CIPOS Tiny' three-phase inverter module from Infineon Technologies.
CIPOS Tiny is the latest generation of Infineon's Intelligent Power Module (IPM) product line, providing high power density for variable-speed motor drives in products such as washing machines, range hoods, indoor air conditioning, commercial and industrial fans.
The CIPOS Tiny three-phase inverter module supplied by Mouser uses Infineon's latest TRENCHSTOP IGBT 6, reducing installation footprint by 33% compared to the CIPOS Mini series.
The three-phase module from Infineon incorporates one three-phase, level-shifting high-voltage driver IC and is compatible with controller outputs as low as 3.3V.
CIPOS Tiny series products feature a blocking voltage of 600V and four output current classes in the 6~20A range.
Circuit protection features such as under-voltage shutdown, high-precision temperature monitoring, and overcurrent protection ensure safety and provide high protection performance at the system level.
Mouser maintains inventory of multiple evaluation boards required for different versions of the CIPOS Tiny module.
These boards are supported by the iMOTION MADK (Modular Application Design Kit), minimizing development time.

The inventory management system being made freely available this time is web-based and easy to use.
