Regulator with 1.2A DC/DC Output Per Channel

Analog Devices (ADI) has launched new quad-output DC/DC regulator modules LTM4668 and LTM4668A that support a maximum output performance of 4.8A.

The new devices integrate a switching controller, power FET, inductor, and other supporting components to enhance design efficiency while reducing board area, making them suitable for telecom, network, and industrial applications.
Operating over an input voltage range of 2.7~17V, the LTM4668 and LTM4668A provide an output voltage range of 0.6~5.5V.
Furthermore, they support frequency, synchronization, multi-phase (PolyPhase) operation, selectable Burst Mode operation, 100% duty cycle, and low IQ operation. Additionally, through high switching frequency and current-mode architecture, the devices are designed to maintain stability during line and load changes while exhibiting rapid transient response characteristics.
