Generates up to 6KDVC from a single 24VDC input
0~22VDC and 0~6KVDC voltage controllable

XP Power has launched a new 30Watt DC/DC power module capable of generating up to 6kVDC from a single 24VDC input.
The HRL30 series offers high-voltage output suitable for a wide range of applications, including semiconductor applications. Twenty-two voltage models are available, offering controllable outputs ranging from 0 to 200 VDC to 0 to 6 kVDC, in both positive and negative polarities.

A wide input range of 22~30V allows the module to be powered by the 24V voltage commonly found in industrial equipment, while a built-in precision +5VDC auxiliary voltage provides a stable supply for high-voltage output control. Excellent line/load regulation (0.01%) and low ripple/noise (<0.05%) ensure stable output.

Both output current and voltage are fully programmable over the full range from 0 to 100%, and the module includes voltage and current monitor outputs for remote monitoring and ease of system integration.

Modules in the HRL30 series are fully operational across a temperature range from -40°C to +70°C, and their baseplate cooling package and average thermal efficiency of up to 85% ensure reliable operation even in demanding applications.

It also includes arc, short-circuit, overload, and thermal protection to protect the HRL30 series devices themselves. Designed to meet EN60950 and EN62368 standards, it is suitable for applications such as mass spectrometers, electrostatic chucks, photomultiplier tubes, electron and ion beams, scanning electron microscopes, and capacitor charging.
