On the 20th, Emerson unveiled 'Oversight 2,' a cloud-based online portal system that enables real-time monitoring of cargo transportation information such as temperature and location, which can affect the quality of perishable cargo.

The newly introduced interface includes various features such as improved response time, intuitive transportation information, and multilingual support.

The tools included in Oversight 2 and the Oversight mobile app allow users to effectively manage the entire freight transportation process. Both platforms offer multilingual support, including English, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, Italian, German, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, and French, for enhanced operational convenience.

Oversight2 uses cloud processing exclusively provided by Emerson Cargo Solutions' GO Real-Time Trackers to support accurate transportation information. GO Realtime Tracker is currently available on 2G, 3G, and LTE cellular networks.

“Oversight 2’s intuitive design will provide customers with the information they need to make critical decisions throughout their cargo transportation journey, including automated reporting, real-time information alerts, and historical reports,” said Frank Landwehr, vice president of Emerson Cargo Solutions.
