Mouser Electronics and Qorvo have added the PAC5556 Power Application Controller to their product line, delivering high power density and intelligent power control in tight installation spaces.
The PAC5556 mixed-signal SoC enables improved performance, reliability, and energy efficiency, while reducing bill of materials costs by up to 35%.

The PAC5556 Power Application Controller features a fully programmable, 32-bit, 150MHz Arm M 4F high-performance digital processor with 128KB of flash. It integrates a 600V N-channel DC-DC step-down controller, a configurable power management unit, Qorvo's Configurable Analog Front-End, and custom power drivers.

The PAC5556 includes peripherals for motor control, including a 2.5 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a PWM timer with hardware deadtime insertion. Providing a highly optimized solution for high-voltage systems that do not require isolation allows for integration with just one SoC, significantly reducing total material costs.
