Mouser Electronics announced on the 28th that it will supply the entire 'Custom MMIC' product line from Corvo.

In January, Corvo acquired Custom MMIC into the Corvo Infrastructure & Defense Products (IDP) group.

The custom MMIC product line consists of Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) supporting aerospace, defense, and commercial applications.

Mouser's custom MMIC product line includes a variety of low-noise amplifiers and provides solutions for communications applications requiring small size and low power consumption.

The CMD264P3 6–18GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA) and evaluation board currently in stock provide a gain of over 26dB with a corresponding output 1dB compression point of +12dBm. The CMD270P3 4–8GHz LNA, available for immediate shipping, and the evaluation board coming soon provide an ultra-low noise figure of 1.7dB and a gain of over 16dB, while the CMD307P3 8–16GHz LNA and evaluation board provide a low noise figure of 2dB.

These LNAs are all designed for 50 ohms, so external DC blocks and RF port matching are not required.

The CMD305P3 6–14GHz driver amplifier is a wideband MMIC that provides low current consumption and a saturated output power of +20.5dBm. The CMD284P4 DC–22GHz distributed amplifier is a GaAs MMIC that provides ultra-wideband performance in a leadless 4 mm × 4 mm package. The CMD305P3 evaluation board and the CMD284P4 evaluation board are currently available for purchase.
