Cypress Korea (CEO Lim Young-do, www.cypress.com ) announced that Pantech ( www.pantech.com ) has selected the Gen4 TrueTouch touchscreen controller for its flagship smartphone, the Vega R3.

Cypress's Gen4 solution provides dynamic multi-finger tracking on the Vega R3's vivid screen, along with an excellent signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), to deliver highly sensitive and accurate touch performance in any operating environment.

Pantech's Vega R3 smartphone features a large 5.3-inch LCD display that delivers bright and clear images along with natural colors.
