Infiniium MXR series integrates eight instruments
Enhanced remote functionality with PathWave SW


Keysight Technologies announced on the 19th the 'Infiniium MXR Series' mid-range mixed signal oscilloscope that can simultaneously measure eight analog channels at 6 GHz bandwidth and a 16 GSa/s sampling rate.

The Infiniium MXR Series mixed signal oscilloscopes combine eight instruments into one, based on advanced ASIC hardware: a real-time spectrum analyzer (RTSA), oscilloscope, digital voltmeter (DVM), waveform generator, Bode plotter, counter, protocol analyzer, and logic analyzer.

Software solutions focused on power integrity, high-speed digital test, and validation are also provided. The embedded software also includes "Fault Hunter" software, which identifies and resolves the root causes of rare, intermittent errors.

Keysight has strengthened its remote capabilities as demand for remote work increases due to COVID-19. PathWave Infiniium offline analysis software enables design teams to collaborate remotely after bench measurements are completed, enabling extensive analysis and data manipulation to increase test bench efficiency.
