Toshiba Launches Three Ultra-Compact Photorelays for High-Temperature Operation
Published2020.08.28 12:23Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation launched three new photorelay products on the 28th.
The TLP3407SRA, TLP3475SRHA, and TLP3412SRHA all have a maximum operating temperature of 125°C, providing ample room for thermal design in semiconductor test equipment, probe cards, power equipment, and measuring instruments.
Additionally, the S-VSON4T package has a mounting area of just 2.9 mm², allowing for more photorelays to be placed within the existing layout of the application being developed, and also reducing PCB size.
