Renesas Electronics' RA6M4 32-bit MCU features a 200MHz Arm Cortex-M33 core with Arm TrustZone technology, combining outstanding connectivity, security, and performance.

Efficiency is typically 80% or better at full load, and ripple is typically less than 0.05% RMS of the rated output voltage.
