Aviva Strengthens Unified Learning Expertise
Adding content to OEG's knowledge library
Reflecting the trend of non-face-to-face and remote work in industrial settings


Aviva announced on the 17th that it has formed a strategic partnership with OEG, an industrial training platform and content company based in Texas, USA.

This partnership will add OEG's remote 3D training content to Aviva's Unified Learning industrial training solution. Furthermore, a library of on-demand, experiential training courses will be built, linked to OEG's training management system and operator training simulator.

In recent years, industrial settings are increasingly embracing self-directed, self-paced industrial training over traditional lecture formats. This trend is accelerating as remote work becomes more prevalent, leading to rapid changes in training strategies at process manufacturing companies.

Unified Learning combines cutting-edge technology and systematic instructional design to deliver competency-based, experiential learning, empowering operators to achieve significant results in a short period of time. Additionally, this partnership will strengthen cloud-based, non-face-to-face industrial training, helping companies quickly transform their training strategies in a rapidly changing environment.
