These MOSFET products, available in two product families, SuperFET II and SuperFET II Easy Drive, improve efficiency under light loads by providing low stored energy (Eoss) in the output capacitance and provide the industry's most advanced body diode robustness, thereby enabling improved system reliability in resonant converters.

These MOSFET products achieve significantly lower on-resistance and low gate charge (Qg) performance as a figure of merit (FOM) by utilizing improved charge balancing technology. In addition, these device products integrate multiple functions, including a gate resistor (Rg) that significantly reduces gate oscillation and improves overall system performance, thereby allowing for a reduction in the number of components and a simplification of the design, which enables the design of a more efficient and cost-effective design.
