Fairchild has added these 40~100V mid-voltage products to its Dual Cool packaging product portfolio, which is an industry-standard pinout package utilizing top-side cooling. By combining Dual Cool technology with advanced silicon technology, outstanding switching performance is achieved, and junction-to-ambient thermal resistance can be reduced by up to 4 times compared to standard molded 5mm x 6mm MLP.

Devices in this mid-voltage series include the 40V FDMS8320LDC, 60V FDMS86500DC, 80V FDMS86300DC, and 100V FDMS86101DC. These devices are synchronous rectification MOSFETs suitable for applications such as DC-DC converters, secondary rectification in telecommunications, and high-end servers/workstations.
