The FAH4830 haptic driver provides touch sensing when a user interacts with a touchscreen. By producing more localized effects when a user haptic interacts with mobile devices such as tablets, PCs, medical equipment, video game systems, and smartphones, it enables the user to accurately touch a desired point on the screen.

Since the FAH4830 can directly drive an ERM (eccentric rotating mass) motor and an LRA (linear resonant actuator), it enables vibration sensing at the point of contact. The rated driver wake-up time of this device product is less than 30μs, so it reduces latency and provides a rapid tactile response.
