Agilent Announces EDA Expert Certification Program

Agilent has announced the ACE (Agilent Certified Expert) certification program for Electronic Design Automation (EDA) specialists. The ACE certification program is an official certification program that recognizes high-level experts who have accumulated expertise, theoretical knowledge, and practical skills through the use of Agilent EEsof EDA tools in product design and modeling work.
The user community, which has 20,000 active members worldwide, possesses diverse Agilent EDA application technologies accumulated over 30 years for high-frequency and high-speed communication system and circuit design. Agilent's ACE certification program officially certifies such professional technical expertise and design and simulation application know-how of EDA applications, serving as part of efforts to recognize the dedicated achievements of customers in their technical advancement.
Through the ACE program, Agilent plans to incorporate feedback from selected experts during the next-generation EDA product development phase. Additionally, Agilent plans to officially certify the technical accomplishments and knowledge of experts with specialized expertise and invite them to host forums where they can share professional knowledge with the industry.
Lee Joon, General Manager of Agilent EEsof EDA Asia Marketing, stated, "Agilent's ACE certification program is like a hall of fame for experts who use Agilent EEsof EDA software to design high-performance systems and circuits required in wireless communications, aerospace/defense, and high-speed digital industries." He added, "Experts who apply Agilent EEsof EDA applications in actual technical development and share their expertise through various technical papers make significant contributions to the advancement of the electrical and electronics industries."
Upon obtaining Agilent's ACE certification, individuals receive official recognition of their technical expertise in the industry and gain the right to use the Agilent official certification logo on their resumes. Additionally, they can become part of Agilent's technical network for product design consulting, and receive the privilege of personal access to Agilent EEsof EDA software during career transition periods.
