MQTT Flex allows users to maintain their existing SIM card and communication services while using u-blox's IoT CaaS (IoT By enabling the combined use of Communication-as-a-Service, it expands the applicable market range.

The biggest advantage of the u-blox MQTT Flex service is the 'BYOS (Bring Your Own SIM card)' strategy, which allows users to utilize MQTT communication without having to bear any usage, logistics, or cost repercussions associated with changing mobile carriers.

IoT projects often involve requirements to use local network operators in accordance with government or local regulations, and using MQTT Flex can satisfy these requirements.
