The low-profile module provides a maximum output power of +23.5dBm optimized for supporting LTE in the 1RB to 6RB range and supports LTE-M and NB-IoT transceiver platforms.

The Skyworks Solutions SKY68031-11 module supplied by Mouser integrates the entire RF front-end required for LTE multiband radio operating at low-band (5, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 26, 28, 85) and mid-band (1, 2, 3, 4, 25, 39, 66, 70) frequencies. The product features a broadband power amplifier (PA) that includes a bias controller, a transmit low-pass harmonic filter, an antenna switch, and a MIPI RFFE controller.

The module's PA load line is optimized for high efficiency and simultaneously meets 3GPP ACLR and emission mask specifications for up to 6RB LTE. The integrated low-pass filter rejects PA and transceiver harmonics while minimizing PA losses for optimized transmit current consumption. Out-of-band emission performance is characterized by being designed to comply with 3GPP for low-band and mid-band frequencies.
