onsemi, a leading provider of intelligent power and sensing technologies, has demonstrated successful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities by securing the Platinum Medal for the sixth consecutive year in a sustainability assessment.

onsemi recently announced that it has obtained the Platinum Medal, the highest rating in the 2022 EcoVadis sustainability assessment. onsemi has maintained excellent scores since 2017, recognized for its sustainability performance.

EcoVadis is the world's largest and most trusted business sustainability assessment organization. Only the top 1% of 85,000 companies across 160 countries and 200 industries worldwide can achieve EcoVadis Platinum status. Through this recognition, onsemi has ranked among the top 1% in the electronic components and board industry sector.

EcoVadis reviews companies' comprehensive non-financial management systems and evaluates corporate performance in four areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable sourcing. Companies that obtain the Platinum Medal demonstrate exemplary performance across all four areas.

In the assessment process, EcoVadis requests companies to present their responses and evidence on topics such as energy and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, product use, customer safety, employee health and safety, career management and training, non-discrimination and harassment prevention, anti-competitive practices, and social performance of suppliers.
