Dassault Systèmes supports the creation of a circular economy by launching 'Sustainable Innovation Intelligence'.

Dassault Systèmes recently launched its 'Sustainable Innovation Intelligence' solution, a life cycle assessment solution that minimizes the environmental impact of a company's products, materials, and processes.

Dassault Systèmes announced that its life cycle assessment product will help companies predict the impact of environmental changes based on upstream accidents and support redesign.

'Sustainable Innovation Intelligence', which combines LCA data and virtual twin technology, said it can enable LCA experts, industrial designers, and product and manufacturing engineers to pre-establish requirements for realizing sustainability and collaborate at an early stage, creating a circular process throughout the life cycle.

This integrates resource supply, design, manufacturing, operations, logistics, sales, marketing, and operations, enabling stakeholders to proactively identify issues and improvements in real time.

“Sustainable Innovation Intelligence” is based on lifecycle data provided by the non-profit EcoInvent Association.

The data provides information on the extent of natural resources extracted from products around the world, water and soil contamination, the amount of pollutants emitted into the atmosphere, and other processes required.
