Geek+, a global robot automation solution company, is participating in the Korea International Logistics Exhibition (Korea Mat) to showcase 'PopPick' and provide various advice on warehouse digital transformation.

Geek+ announced that it will introduce its next-generation picking solution, 'PopPick,' at the International Logistics Industry Exhibition, the largest domestic logistics industry exhibition, to be held at KINTEX Exhibition Center 1 in Ilsan from June 14 to 17. A live demo can be viewed at the Geek Plus booth (1G201) at the International Logistics Industry Exhibition.

Geek Plus stated that 'PopPick' is an all-in-one picking solution that can optimize warehouse efficiency by combining the functions of picking and storing totes, shelves, and pallets.

Poppick moves mobile racks from storage locations to Poppick workstations, and target totes are automatically picked at the station, supporting easy picking by operators.

Poppick incorporates AI technology and smart autonomous mobile robot (AMR) technology, increasing the number of totes that can be picked per hour to up to 650, and can stack 12 totes in a single row with a gap of only 2 cm, thereby increasing storage design capacity fourfold, the company added.

In addition, since it enables mixed storage of full categories and can be applied to products of various sizes, it is expected to be usable in diverse industrial sectors such as fashion, e-commerce, retail, and third-party logistics (3PL).
