November 13, 2013 - Teledyne LeCroy (Branch Manager Lee Un-jae http://teledynelecroy.co.kr) announced new HDO4000-MS and HDO6000-MS mixed-signal HD oscilloscope products. The new HDO4000-MS and HDO6000-MS provide mixed-signal measurement and analysis through 16 digital channels and are configured with models in the 200MHz – 1GHz bandwidth range. They incorporate HD4096 high-resolution technology and support a 12.1'' touchscreen display and user-friendly interface. The HDO-MS oscilloscope, equipped with powerful debug tools, automatic measurement functions, and waveform arithmetic capabilities, provides debugging of analog, digital, and serial signals in a single instrument.
As embedded systems have become more complex, mixed-signal debugging capability has become an essential element in oscilloscopes. The HDO-MS oscilloscope with 16 integrated digital channels is equipped with tools for digital signal debugging. It provides ideal tools necessary for precise circuit verification and rapid debugging, including analog-to-digital cross-pattern triggering, digital timing measurements, parallel pattern search, logic gate emulation, and state marking. These tools complement HDO features such as WaveScan advanced search, history mode, waveform playback, continuous capture, and LabNotebook report generation. For spectrum and power analysis, using an oscilloscope based on a 12-bit architecture ensures a wider dynamic range and highly precise measurement results.
The HDO4000-MS oscilloscope supports 2.5GS/s sample rate and 25Mpts memory per channel (maximum 50Mpts/Ch when using 2 channels) in the 200MHz – 1GHz bandwidth range and is configured in 2-channel and 4-channel models. The HDO6000-MS features 4-channel models at 350MHz, 500MHz, and 1GHz, providing 2.5GS/s sample rate and up to 250Mpts memory per channel.
