El Corporation (CEO Lim Jun-hwan), a company specializing in 3D printing, is officially showcasing its medical 3D printer solutions at a medical equipment exhibition.

El Corporation announced that it plans to participate in the '2022 Busan Medical Equipment Exhibition (KIMES Busan 2022),' which will be held at BEXCO in Busan for three days from October 28 to 30, and introduce medical 3D printers and printing materials such as resin to medical professionals and related personnel in Korea.

The products that El Corporation will introduce this time include the 'Form 3B+' dental 3D printer from the global 3D printing company Formlabs, and the dental-specific resins 'Surgical Guide' and 'Dental LT Clear' resins.

Among these, 'Surgical Guide' and 'Dental LT Clear' resins have recently received certification for human use from the Korean government (Ministry of Food and Drug Safety), and interest from hospitals and clinics, such as dental clinics, has recently surged, so El Corporation has decided to exhibit and introduce them at 'KIMES Busan 2022'.

In particular, the 'surgical guide' resin is used in Formlabs' specialized SLA 3D printers for the medical and dental fields, &lsqIt is designed to produce dental guides and templates of accurate size by printing with 100 micron and 50 micron layer line resolutions on 'Form 3B+' and 'Form 3BL'.

In addition, 'Dental LT Clear' resin is characterized by its excellent durability, making it resistant to breakage, and the fact that it is a color-corrected material that allows for vivid printing. Furthermore, 'Dental LT Clear' is polished to high optical transparency, preventing discoloration of the finished product over time.

Meanwhile, 'KIMES Busan 2022' is one of the largest medical-related exhibitions in Korea, jointly organized by Korea E&X, the Korea Medical Devices Industry Association, the Korea Medical Devices Industry Association, and Busan Gyeongnam Broadcasting Network KNN, and sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and the Korea Health Industry Development Institute. Visitors can experience a wide range of products and services, from various specialized medical devices to robotic medical devices, smart healthcare, and beauty-related devices.

In particular, at 'KIMES 2022', various special pavilions are planned, including a Digital Healthcare Special Pavilion, a Medical Information System Special Pavilion, a Hospital Healthcare Pavilion in collaboration with hospitals in the Busan area, and a Medical Healthcare Special Pavilion.
