Swagelok® showcased optimized fluid solutions for semiconductor processes at Semicon Korea 2023, exhibiting its latest products such as the ALD7 ultra-high purity diaphragm valve and insulated hoses that ensure process stability with appropriate insulation properties.

Swagelok Korea, the official domestic sales and service center for Swagelok®, participated in Semicon Korea 2023, held at COEX in Samseong-dong from the 1st to the 3rd.

At this exhibition, Swagelok showcased its latest products suitable for the semiconductor industry, invited its industry experts to conduct hands-on lectures on fluid and sampling systems, and shared knowledge related to the semiconductor equipment field.

Swagelok’s exhibited ALD7 ultra-high purity diaphragm valve, which helps semiconductor manufacturers improve chip yield, and insulated hoses, which ensure process stability through appropriate insulation properties, are excellent products optimized for the semiconductor industry.
