Mouser Electronics, an authorized global distributor of the latest semiconductors and electronic components, is now stocking Vishay rectifiers, the ideal solution for power line polarity and rail-to-rail protection.
Mouser announced today that it is now stocking AEC-Q101 qualified DFN rectifiers from Vishay Semiconductors.
This DFN packaged part provides engineers with an ideal solution for power line polarity and rail-to-rail protection in commercial, industrial, and automotive applications.
Vishay Semiconductor's AEC-Q101 qualified DFN rectifiers, available from Mouser Electronics, are available in the low-profile DFN3820A package, which features a standard height of 0.88 mm and low forward voltage drop.
These rectifiers are available with forward current ranges of 1 to 5 A and repetitive peak reverse voltage options of 200 V, 400 V or 600 V. The AEC-Q101 qualified DFN rectifier's Oxide Planar chip technology operates over a wide operating temperature range (-55ºC to +175ºC) and provides an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) capable package with Wettable Flanks.
This AEC-Q101-qualified DFN rectifier meets the stringent standards required for ultra-high-speed VS-xEAH02HM3 components in applications such as ABS braking systems, dual-voltage injection drivers, high-frequency inverters, and clamping and snubbering applications. The AEC-Q101-qualified DFN package rectifier is lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
