Liquid Instruments (Liquid) has launched Moku for VisionOS, a family of reconfigurable test equipment that leverages hand and eye gestures to accelerate optics, photonics, and quantum research.

The company announced on the 29th that its Moku platform is now available on Apple Vision Pro, launching the first interactive 3D testing system for optical researchers.

Integrating the versatile Moku platform with a camera-based vision system helps users maximize efficiency in the lab.

Moku is a measurement and test equipment that utilizes innovative FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) technology. It can configure various measuring instruments in real time by leveraging the high-performance processing capabilities of FPGAs.

VisionOS gives Moku users a new way to access their devices, in addition to existing Windows, macOS, iPadOS, and Python support.

Users can now interact with multiple devices using hand gestures and gaze, without a monitor, and accelerate testing in optics, photonics, and quantum research laboratories.
