October 13, 2014 – QuickLogic Corporation, a leader in ultra-low power Customer Specific Standard Products (CSSP), announced the launch of a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) program for its sensor hub platform. The initial QVL program includes various sensor models and types from multiple vendors, including ams, Analog Devices, Bosch, InvenSense, Kionix, Murata, and ST Microelectronics.

Through this QVL program, OEMs can streamline their design processes and confidently adopt sensor products whose quality has been pre-verified by QuickLogic. This pre-verification includes verifying communication and compatibility for all relevant blocks and functions within QuickLogic's Sensor Hub platform. QuickLogic has already developed and tested device drivers and algorithms for each sensor. Consequently, OEMs can handle development and integration tasks quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, through this verification and QuickLogic's development platform, OEMs can 'fine-tune' their designs to optimize system-level performance.
