October 15, 2014 – Emerson Network Power, a global leader in maximizing critical infrastructure availability, capacity, and efficiency, announced that it has been named a leader in the “Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) Magic Quadrant”¹ selected by Gartner, Inc. This marks the first time Gartner has selected a Magic Quadrant for DCIM. The Magic Quadrant report reviewed a total of 17 candidate companies and evaluated Emerson Network Power as the best in terms of the completeness of its vision and execution capabilities for its DCIM solutions. Enzo Greco, Vice President of Software and General Manager of the Data Center Solutions business unit at Emerson Network Power, stated, “Gartner’s selection of Emerson Network Power as a Magic Quadrant Leader in the DCIM category is an acknowledgment that our DCIM solutions can solve customers’ biggest concerns regarding data centers,” adding, “With this selection as a Magic Quadrant Leader in the DCIM category, Emerson Network Power has become the only DCIM vendor to be named a leader in three different categories.”
