Kim Eui-cheol, Vice President of Bitsensing, a cutting-edge radar solution company, was recognized for his contributions in leading the global expansion of smart city ITS solutions.


Bitsensing announced on the 8th that Vice President Kim Eui-cheol recently received a commendation from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in recognition of his contributions to the development of national ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) technology and the expansion of global market entry.

Vice President Kim Eui-cheol leads Bitsensing's Global ITS Business Division and has spearheaded the global market entry of TIMOS, a camera and radar fusion sensor developed by Bitsensing, and TraXight™®, an integrated ITS solution based on it.

Last August, Bitsensing's TIMOS solution achieved the feat of being selected as an excellent product by the Public Procurement Service.

TrackSight is an integrated ITS solution capable of innovatively solving urban traffic problems based on optimal compatibility with TIMOS sensors.

This solution has been completed at the Porta Nuova intersection in Verona, Italy, through the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's K-City network project, and is currently working to improve traffic congestion through AI simulation.

In addition, TrackSite was recognized for its innovative technology and selected as a winner of the CES 2025 Innovation Award in the Smart City category.br />
Vice President Kim Eui-cheol is accelerating expansion into overseas markets beyond Italy through cooperation with Dubai, New Zealand, and others, and is achieving remarkable results, such as pursuing the awarding of large-scale ITS construction projects in the Middle East and Central Asia.

Bitsensing has established a dedicated business unit led by Vice President Kim Eui-cheol to expand its global ITS business and is actively pursuing entry into the global market.
