MOXA Launches World's First PRP/HSR RedBox with Integrated Coupling and QuadBox
MOXA announced the launch of a new redundancy box (RedBox) in the PT-G503-PHR-PTP series. The PT-G503-PHR-PTP series RedBox meets the latest IEC 62439-3 standard and is suitable for substation automation and process automation systems that require near-zero recovery time to achieve maximum system availability and data integrity.
Versatile and Scalable Zero Switchover Time Network
MOXA's PT-G503-PHR-PTP RedBox is an "all-in-one" device that integrates PRP/HSR into a single unit, supporting Gigabit, Coupling, and QuadBox functions. This enables the implementation of a zero switchover time network with excellent versatility and scalability while simplifying management. Additionally, it enables efficient network management and rapid error detection.
Key Features of MOXA Redundancy Box
• Compliant with Section 4 (PRP) and Section 5 (HSR) of IEC 62439-3 standard
• World's first PRP/HSR device supporting coupling and QuadBox
• Hardware-based IEEE 1588v2 PTP support
• Embedded MMS server for integration with power SCADA

PRP/HSR Substation Solution:
Building Highly Scalable and Easy-to-Manage PRP/HSR Infrastructure
Along with the launch of the PT-G503-PHR-PTP RedBox, MOXA also released the DA-820 rack-mount embedded computer, the world's first native PRP/HSR management server. By utilizing MOXA's PRP/HSR substation solution, which combines the PT-G503 RedBox and DA-820 native PRP/HSR management server, users can collect, analyze, and integrate raw data from multiple devices through a single management platform. This enables efficient and visible PRP/HSR network management, making network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and device status monitoring simple and convenient.
