The differential input of the SY58051AU features an innovative internal termination design that provides access to a termination network across the VT pin. This capability allows the device to easily interface with different logic standards—both AC-coupled and DC-coupled—without external resistor-biased or termination networks. This enables implementation of precise, stub-free low-jitter interface solutions. The differential CML output is optimized for internal 50Ω source termination and 400mV output swing environments.

The SY58051AU device operates within a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 3.3V and supports a complete industrial temperature grade range of -40℃ to +85℃. The SY58051AU is part of Micrel's Precision Edge® product family and is supplied in a 16-pin 3mm x 3mm QFN package.
