Lam Research Korea announced that, just like last year, it has launched a large-scale recruitment drive this year. The recruitment field is Field Service Engineer, and the document screening will take place for 10 days starting Friday, November 6.

Lam Research Korea is providing various opportunities to recruit talent capable of creating value in the semiconductor industry. In the future, new engineers will be able to acquire basic skills in Korea through 1 to 2 months of OJT (On the Job Training), followed by 2 months of training at the U.S. headquarters.

In particular, those who pass the document screening run a 'Job Café' to introduce Lam Research to applicants and arrange meetings with senior employees. Through these opportunities, applicants will be able to learn more about Lam Research and obtain advice and information based on practical experience through conversations with actual senior staff.
