Cypress Announces Five New CapSense Design Guides!

Cypress Semiconductor (CEO Youngdo Lim, www.cypress.com ), a leader in touch-sensing, announced five new design guides for its CapSense®.

The new guide includes a complete reference manual detailing CapSense technology, including how to implement it in a variety of end products. It helps designers avoid common sensor layout mistakes and deal with noisy systems, while also providing comprehensive information on formats for easy navigation and use.

The five new design guides include a must-read Getting Started Guide for what's new in CapSense, along with detailed discussions of key topics such as design considerations, PCB layout guidelines and best practices. The four product design guides focus on each CapSense controller family, streamlining the design process for the CY8C20x34, CY8C20xx6A, CY8C21x34 and CY8CMBR2044 product families.

Each product family's design guide includes links to the entire design ecosystem, including data sheets, application notes, software tools, development kits, and other resources to help designers achieve more efficient designs faster.
