Adjustable up to 30W within ±2 degrees

SEMICON Korea 2016, an exhibition of advanced semiconductor manufacturing technology, is being held for three days from the 27th to the 29th at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul. Marking its 29th edition, this is the largest semiconductor-related exhibition in Korea and opened under the theme 'Connect to the Future, Market, Technology, and People'.

With a record-breaking 1,870 booths set up by over 530 companies led by the semiconductor equipment and materials industry, the latest semiconductor process technologies, equipment, materials, and specialty gases will be showcased.

Among them, Tehchwing, which produces semiconductor test handler equipment and display manufacturing and inspection equipment, was selected as a KOSDAQ Rising Star by the Korea Exchange and also received the Best Job Creation Company Award from the KOSDAQ Association.

This is because it is based on technology suitable for semiconductor testing. During semiconductor testing, the device temperature can be controlled up to a maximum of 30W within ±2 degrees. In addition, the temperature control function is activated when the device surface temperature exceeds the Guard Band. Furthermore, it enables precise fine pitch for film guide alignment, supporting pitches of 0.2 or higher.

An official from EOTechnics stated, "As the recent trend is 'Fine Pitch,' where pitch is becoming increasingly narrower, EOTechnics is striving to achieve world-class specifications to meet this trend."
