Through the Linkers IoT QoS solution, immediate network status and analysis are possible, and because a large amount of data is available, problems can be detected quickly when they occur.

Gemalto’s Linkers IoT QoS is ideal for a wide range of use cases, including automotive and enterprise vehicle management, smart grids, fire alarm control panels, and other Internet-based PoS applications. It enables mobile operators to support device manufacturers and service providers in clearly understanding internet connectivity performance and network conditions. This facilitates smoother Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providing a highly efficient means of differentiation.

The Linkers IoT QoS solution is installed on a mobile carrier's internal system, or Gemalto provides full outsourced management services via the cloud. Real-time data is collected through IoTQoS customers who own the relevant devices. All information collected through Linkers IoT QoS is available through customized Advanced Analytics, Customer Service, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) measurement dashboards. It supports viewing the internet connection status of all connected devices at a glance, and integrated reporting and map views are also available.
