FLIR Systems Korea (Korea Representative: Andrew Carlton Tyke), the Korean branch of FLIR Systems, a thermal imaging specialist with the world's largest market share in thermal imaging cameras, has launched the FLIR TG130, a new portable spot thermal imaging camera designed to allow even beginners to easily utilize thermal imaging technology at a low cost.

The TG130 spot thermal imaging camera is very easy and simple to use and features FLIR's innovative Lepton® microcamera core, which significantly reduces the user's equipment purchase cost. The purchase cost of the TG130 spot thermal imaging camera is very low, to the extent that it can be recovered in a short period of time through savings on building heating and cooling costs.

The TG130 is an ideal tool for energy diagnosis in homes and offices during the winter and summer, addressing heat loss through door gaps, floors, walls, pipes, and windows, as well as external cold air intrusion and areas with no or damaged insulation.

It enables the rapid diagnosis of the performance and function of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) facilities or the identification of electrical problems affecting residential electrical facilities, thereby reducing the time and cost involved in detecting and resolving heating and cooling-related problems in homes. In addition, it is easy to check whether the refrigerator temperature is set appropriately and whether the proper temperature required for food safety is being maintained.

The TG130 is easy and convenient enough for anyone to use immediately without any separate training or practice. Simply point it at the target and press the button. The measurement temperature range is –10 to +150°C. The device is lightweight at 0.21 kg (including the battery) and compact at 169 × 113 × 48 mm, making it easy to carry. It operates on three easily replaceable standard AAA (LR03) batteries and can be used continuously for 4 hours after replacing the batteries.
