Microsoft Korea announced the lineup of games to be released in the first half of 2016 exclusively for Xbox and Windows 10. Popular franchise titles such as Quantum Break, Forza, and Killer Instinct, including the Windows 10 version of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition released on March 1, are scheduled to be released exclusively for Xbox and Windows 10.

Gears of War Ultimate Edition, newly created for Windows 10, implements 4K resolution based on DirectX 12. You can enjoy the game without any frame rate limitations and control it using a dedicated controller, keyboard, or mouse.

Forza Motorsport 6: Apex is the first game in the Forza series to be released for Windows 10 this spring. It not only retains the signature features of Forza, such as the diverse courses, Drivatar, and Forza Vista vehicles supported by Forza Motorsport 6, but also includes new ways to play. Furthermore, leveraging the capabilities of DirectX 12, it supports resolutions up to 4K.

The Xbox One Forza Motorsport 6 Porsche Expansion Pack has also been released. This expansion pack, which allows players to fully experience Porsche's 60-year history, lets you race with a total of 21 Porsche vehicles, including 9 new cars added to the Xbox One. Additionally, the Virginia International Racing Circuit has been added, and the Night and Rain Racing modes, a signature feature of Forza Motorsport 6, are supported.

Microsoft and Mojang are partnering with Oculus to unveil the first demo version of Minecraft for Windows 10 that supports the Oculus Rift. Using the Xbox One controller sold with the Oculus Rift, users can experience full 3D visuals in Minecraft's Creative or Survival modes. The Oculus Rift-supported version of Minecraft for Windows 10 will be available for purchase on the Windows Store or the Oculus Store this spring.

Ori and the Blind Forest Definitive Edition will be released on March 11 for Xbox One and Windows 10. It adds new content to the award-winning original game. The Definitive Edition includes new areas and abilities, more story content, various difficulty levels, and fast travel between areas. Killer Instinct Season 3 will be released on Xbox One and Windows 10 on March 29. Season 3 features eight new characters, including Gimwoo, Tusk, the Arbiter from the Halo series, and Lash from Battletoads.

The Windows 10 version of Quantum Break, releasing on April 5, runs on DirectX 12. If you pre-purchase the Xbox One digital version of Quantum Break or the Xbox One Quantum Break bundle, you will receive the Windows 10 version for free.

ID@Xbox's famous titles, Pit People and Below, are also set for release. Behemoth's Pit People will launch first on Xbox One, followed by a release on Windows 10. Players can experience its fast-paced, turn-based cooperative adventure in a closed beta test later this year. Capy's Below is scheduled for release on Xbox One. Below is a top-down game featuring a storyline about surviving an exploration while searching for treasure.

In addition to this, among the highly anticipated titles of 2016, Ubisoft's The Division, releasing on March 8, and Bandai Namco Entertainment's Dark Souls 3, scheduled for release on April 12, can also be enjoyed on Xbox One.

In addition, some features of the Xbox One and Windows 10 Xbox apps are scheduled to be updated. You can check your Gamer Score rankings in the Achievements list and your Hero Stat rankings in the Game Hub. If you replace your gamer photo with an avatar, it will be visible in the Activity Feed. You can also compare your avatar with your friends' avatars. The updated features list allows you to view games, benefits, community events, and more at a glance. Party chat is available for up to 16 players on Xbox One and Windows 10. Xbox 360 achievements are automatically posted to the activity feed, and web integration is available via Game Hub. Additionally, the reputation score of highly-rated players is no longer displayed.
