Launchpad Enters 'ELECTRO MART'

Soundcat announced that its 'Launchpad' has been launched at 'ELECTRO MART,' a leading experiential theme electronics specialty store in Korea.

The Launchpad, well-known as a product used by famous DJ TAK, is a musical instrument that allows you to create your own music by connecting sound sources to each of the square pads. It is also very popular among middle and high school students as well as professional DJs because the player can control the lights coming from each pad at will, enabling them to show off a spectacular performance.


Not only students who are enthusiastic about Launchpad, but also adults are very welcoming of the opening of Electro Mart, as they can experience Launchpad firsthand.

Yoon Young-kwang, Manager of MIDI & Audio at Soundcat, stated, “We have received many inquiries about trying out the Launchpad, but we struggled to find a suitable location.” He added, “Since Electro Mart is the largest experience-themed electronics specialty store in Korea, we determined it to be the optimal venue for setting up a Launchpad experience booth.” He further announced, “Starting with Electro Mart, we plan to expand spaces for experiencing the Launchpad to other offline stores as well.”

Electro Mart is Korea's premier experiential theme-based home appliance specialty store with locations in Ilsan, Busan Centum City, It is located in Yeongdeungpo and Pangyo. You can find the Launchpad right at the Yeongdeungpo branch, and it is scheduled to open at the Ilsan KINTEX branch, so you can visit and experience it in person.
