Expernet Signs Distribution Agreement with MobileIron to Strengthen Customer-Tailored Services

Expernet (CEO Lee Jong-kyung) announced that it has signed a domestic distribution and business cooperation agreement with MobileIron, the No. 1 provider of enterprise mobility management solutions.
Expernet plans to supply MobileIron's Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) platform to build smart mobile environments for enterprises, while simultaneously providing customer-oriented, customized services as a mobile app eco-partner.
MobileIron is a company specializing in enterprise mobility management and is strengthening its position in the relevant market, including maintaining its leadership in the enterprise mobile device management (EMM) sector for the past six consecutive years. In Korea, it is also expanding its market share by broadening its customer base, primarily among manufacturers and the financial sector. In particular, it is distinguishing itself in the field of ODS (Outdoor Sales) projects, which originated in the financial sector following Bancassurance.
Through a distribution agreement with MobileIron, Expernet is providing an EMM platform for mobile work environments to the domestic market. Furthermore, leveraging its capabilities in in-house developing MDM (Mobile Device Management) through its corporate research institute, the company is now able to offer customized services that meet customer needs.
In addition, we are planning a successful market entry for IoT security and management solutions by collaborating in the recently trending field of IoT.

Enterprise mobility, mobile software, and services are driving growth
한국IDC(대표 홍유숙)의 최근 보고서에 의하면, 지난해 국내 엔터프라이즈 모빌리티 시장이 모바일 소프트웨어와 서비스 시장 성장에 힘입어 전년대비 15.9% 성장한 1조 5,874억원을 기록한 것으로 집계되었다. 다른 영역보다 상대적으로 높은 성장률을 보이고 있는 모바일 소프트웨어 부문 성장세에 힘입어 올해 엔터프라이즈 모빌리티 시장도 전년대비 8.1% 성장할 것으로 예상된다고 보고서(Korea Enterprise Mobility Market Forecast, 2016-2020)는 밝혔다. 성장 저해 요인으로 꼽히는 보안과 관리에 대한 부담에도 불구하고 기업의 모빌리티 도입이 꾸준히 늘면서 국내 엔터프라이즈 모빌리티 시장은 2020년까지 연평균 4.3%로 성장할 전망이다.

Databricks Unveils Open AI Security Monitoring 'Lakewatch'
데이터브릭스가 3월 24일 개방형 에이전틱 SIEM ‘레이크워치’를 공개하며 보안 시장에 진입했다. 이 제품은 보안, IT, 비즈니스 데이터를 단일 환경에서 통합 분석해 AI 기반 위협 탐지와 조사를 지원하는 것이 핵심이다. 회사는 고비용 구조 때문에 일부 데이터를 포기해온 기존 보안관제의 한계를 줄이고, 개방형 형식과 생태계를 바탕으로 대규모 데이터 분석과 자동화를 가능하게 한다고 설명했다. 레이크워치는 현재 프라이빗 프리뷰로 제공되며, 어도비와 드롭박스 등이 초기 고객으로 언급됐다. 데이터브릭스는 앤트로픽과 협력을 확대하고 안티매터, SiftD.ai 인수도 함께 발표했다.

Ecolab Expands AI Data Center Cooling Business Through Acquisition of CoolIT
이콜랩이 AI 데이터센터용 액체 냉각 기업 쿨아이티 시스템즈를 약 47억5천만달러에 인수하기로 했다. 거래는 규제 승인 등을 거쳐 2026년 3분기 안에 마무리될 예정이다. 쿨아이티는 직접 칩 냉각 기반의 냉각수 분배 장치, 콜드 플레이트, 매니폴드 등을 공급해온 기업으로, 하이퍼스케일 데이터센터와 코로케이션 사업자를 고객으로 두고 있다. 이번 인수는 AI 확산으로 커진 고발열·고밀도 서버 환경에 대응하기 위한 조치로, 이콜랩은 자사의 물 관리·디지털 모니터링 역량과 쿨아이티의 하드웨어 기술을 결합해 데이터센터 냉각 사업을 넓힐 계획이다.
