Mouser Electronics (www.mouser.com) is launching MultiSIM BLUE Premium, the latest version of MultiSIM BLUE, the Mouser version of NI MultiSIM circuit design tools, worldwide.

MultiSIM BLUE Premium is a product that has newly upgraded unlimited flexibility and functionality by enabling the execution, simulation, PCB design, BOM calculation, and purchasing of the MultiSIM BLUE design tool.

National Instruments (NI)’s MultiSIM BLUE Premium enables schematic and integrated design of all components. This design tool, exclusive to Mouser, provides engineers with various design simulation environments adopted by NI, including the vast range of products offered by Mouser, as well as the latest analog and mixed-signal ICs, passive components, discrete semiconductors, power management ICs, connectors, and electromechanical components.

MultiSIM BLUE Premium, which includes the Berkeley SPICE simulation environment—the industry standard for electronic circuit design—allows engineers to freely experiment with designs and circuit simulations before applying them to actual prototypes. As a result, engineers can concretely evaluate the real-world execution process, enabling them to design circuits more easily, quickly, and productively.

With the addition of schematic and hierarchical design processes to modularize better designs, engineers are increasingly reducing overall time by blocking design elements by type and iteratively designing by substituting other components into them. In response to this, MultiSIM BLUE Premium also provides "Next Step" and "Previous Step" annotation features that allow engineers to move from the schematic to the PCB layout environment or from the layout to the schematic.

Other powerful features of MultiSIM BLUE Premium include unlimited schematic sheets and levels that help engineers work more flexibly in the upstream and downstream stages of the design, as well as the ability to substitute, compare, and evaluate unlimited components when actually configuring the design in real time. This powerful tool is expected to help strengthen development by enabling engineers to execute designs more accurately and bring them to market faster.
