CSR (LSE: CSR), a leading global leader in personal wireless communication and Bluetooth technology, announced today that it is partnering with Infineon Technologies to pre-integrate its wireless connectivity platform into Infineon’s mobile phone reference designs. This collaboration enables mobile phone manufacturers to easily add wireless connectivity capabilities to their own products as well as to Infineon’s existing product portfolio. Furthermore, by pre-integrating full functionality into reference designs, the development costs and time-to-market for new devices can be significantly reduced.

Infineon customers can use enhanced features through CSR's connectivity platform, such as audio, photos, video, music, data sharing, and connectivity with mobile phones, computers, media players, and various wireless devices.
