Equipped with DDR3 12800MHz DRAM Cache Memory

Seorin C&I Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeon Deok-gyu), a specialized importer and distributor of computer peripherals, has launched the ZENITH R3 TLC SSD equipped with GEIL's DDR3 12800MHz clock 128MB cache memory, a global brand that is gaining attention from PC enthusiasts worldwide.

Founded in 1993 with headquarters in Taiwan, GEIL is a technology-driven brand active in various computer hardware fields including DDR memory, SSDs, and gaming gear, based on its technical capabilities in producing high-performance DDR memory.

The GEIL ZENITH R3 TLC SSD is equipped with DDR3 12800MHz clock 128MB cache memory among budget-class products in a similar price range, which improves 4K QD32 speeds in the same environment and shows 10-15% performance improvement compared to competing models.

Additionally, it features device sleep mode that minimizes system power consumption when not in use while maintaining fast response time for immediate system access without delay, garbage collection that optimizes SSD space by organizing unused sections, ECC function that automatically resolves errors when processing data, and S.M.A.R.T function that detects basic mechanical issues and alerts the controller in advance, all staying true to the SSD's inherent performance.

The controller used is SMI's latest SMI SM2256 controller, employs TLC type NAND flash, and has obtained RoHS certification for hazardous substance safety compliance.

Supporting SATA3 interface, the 120GB model delivers 550MB/s read speed and 360MB/s write speed, the 240GB model offers 530MB/s read speed and 510MB/s write speed, and the 480GB model provides 560MB/s read speed and 510MB/s write speed with solid performance, allowing users to experience significantly faster speeds compared to hard disk-equipped computers.

The exterior also features refined details with aluminum hairline finish processing, and with its ultra-slim 6.7mm design, it is compatible with not only desktops but also small PCs, ultrabooks, and notebooks, offering broad versatility.
