New 2-in-1 laptop 'MIX 510' unveiled at IFA 2016

Lenovo has unveiled a new 2-in-1 laptop called the 'Miix 510'.

Equipped with up to a 6th generation Intel Core i7 processor, the 'MIX 510' is a 2-in-1 laptop that satisfies both high performance and portability. It can be used as a standalone tablet to enjoy entertainment content by detaching the detachable full-size keyboard, and can be used like a regular laptop when the keyboard is attached.

The 'Mix 510', equipped with Windows 10, enables various tasks such as document work, data entry and analysis, editing, and design, providing laptop-level productivity.

At the same time, it boasts excellent portability with a lightweight design of 880g (excluding the keyboard). It also supports users in freely performing tasks such as handwriting, sketching, and drawing through a full-size touchscreen featuring a 12.2-inch Full HD display, a backlit keyboard with improved key spacing and sensitivity for a more comfortable typing experience, and a pen that supports the new Windows Ink feature.

The 'MIX 510', boasting a sophisticated metal design, can flexibly adjust its angle up to 150 degrees with Lenovo's unique watch band hinge composed of 280 stainless steel parts. The maximum battery life is up to 7.5 hours[1], and it supports sufficient storage space by being equipped with a PCIe SSD with a capacity of up to 1TB[2].

In addition, the 'Mix 510' offers excellent connectivity. In addition to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, LTE is available as an optional feature (support varies by country), so if Wi-Fi is unavailable, you can use the mobile network[3].
