Actel announced that it is also producing the SmartFusion A2F500 device. This device features a hard-type 100 MHz 32-bit ARM® Cortex™-M3-based microcontroller subsystem with 500,000 system gates and 512 MB of embedded flash, and 64 KB of SRAM. The programmable analog block offers further performance enhancements and includes three ADCs, three DACs, and ten comparators.
