ST's low-power 3-axis accelerometer captures the direction the toothbrush handle is facing while brushing, and the 8-bit microcontroller STM8 performs preprocessing of the accelerometer data and other additional functions. This microcontroller utilizes ST's latest packaging technology to contribute to product miniaturization.
