In industrial environments operating on an IP basis, a system that manages complex, multi-layered infrastructure more efficiently from a central point is directly linked to corporate competitiveness. Aten, already a leading brand in KVM switches, has quickly responded to market changes by introducing a lineup of switches available on a network basis. The IP-based KVM switch being launched in November 2016 has reached the 4th generation model, demonstrating solid technical capabilities.

Aten Korea (CEO Chen Shun-ching) announced on the 24th that it will launch the KN-VA series, a 4th generation KVM over IP switch enabling efficient equipment control and management through remote user access, to the Korean market.

The newly launched KN-VA series comprises a total of 10 types available for deployment depending on the usage environment (connected ports and number of remote users that can access).

By utilizing Aten's KVM management software CC2000 and mobile apps, it provides high convenience by enabling easy management of multiple KN series solutions and perfect monitoring and integrated control. Notably, it enables monitoring and control of all devices on the network, including blade server chassis, independent blades, and virtual machines.
