IDT ( www.idt.com , Country Manager for Korea: Sang-Yup Lee), a leading provider of core mixed-signal semiconductor solutions enriching the digital media environment, has unveiled a highly integrated, microcontroller-based intelligent system power management solution targeting portable consumer products such as smartphones, portable navigation devices, mobile internet devices, and e-books.

The unique architecture of the new power management solution IDT P95020 features a best-in-class high-fidelity audio subsystem, clock generation, resistive touch controller, backlight LED driver, lithium polymer (Li+/Polymer) battery charger, multi-channel DC-DC converter, and high-resolution analog-to-digital converter (ADC).

The integrated microcontroller-based IDT P95020 provides perfect programming performance and flexibility for designs employing advanced multimedia application processors. All function blocks are accessible via I2C, and programmable regulators meet the dynamic voltage regulation requirements demanded by application processors.
