3S Solution has launched the iHAS324, an embedded DVD-MULTI product from the Taiwanese computer component company Liteon.

Existing built-in ODDs were distributed as bulk products due to reasons such as cost reduction, so consumers had to find out the product's features and functions on their own, and it was difficult to obtain actual product warranties. However, the Liteon ODD iHAS324 is distributed and sold in a genuine box, which allows consumers to see the product's features and functions at a glance, as well as ensuring product reliability and warranties.

The 'iHAS324' is a DVD-MULTI product capable of reading and writing discs. It is equipped with SMART X, which enables efficient data transfer by adopting an automatic speed adjustment method when reading the disk, and is optimized for noise reduction and vibration prevention by applying an ABS SYSTEM.

In particular, the iHAS324 is equipped with a SMART-BURN feature that enhances efficiency through automatic adjustment of the recording method to prevent errors and provides the best media quality, demonstrating efficient and outstanding performance for consumers when recording discs.

Unlike conventional Liteon ODDs, the iHAS324 utilizes M-DISC technology, which enables semi-permanent storage by engraving data onto the layers of the optical disc, allowing users to use the product more conveniently.

In addition, it has been optimized to allow stable use of various functions on Windows 10 and is compatible with many other operating systems. Furthermore, media compatibility can be trusted through various product quality tests, such as vibration and drop tests.

An official from 3S Solution stated, “The newly released HAS324 is a product packed with Liteon’s technology and developed specifically for Korean consumers. By distributing it in its original box, we emphasized that it is a trustworthy product.” The official added, “As Liteon ODD officially enters the domestic market, we will focus even more on developing quality and performance for consumers.”
