IT expert who led the Enterprise Server, Storage, and Network business unit

VMware Korea announced that it has appointed Jeon In-ho (55), former Vice President of Hewlett-Packard Korea, as its new president. The position had been vacant for about three months since the previous president, Cheon Bu-young, resigned last October. President Jeon In-ho is scheduled to officially begin his duties on the 13th.

Newly appointed President Jeon In-ho is an IT expert who has demonstrated exceptional sales skills and leadership for nearly 30 years. He joined Hewlett-Packard Korea in 1990 and has led business growth while leading the Enterprise Server, Storage, and Network business units. Subsequently, he was promoted to Vice President of the Asia & Pacific region—a first since the establishment of Hewlett-Packard Korea—and oversaw the Business Critical Systems (BCS) and Presales Consulting divisions.

Prior to joining VMware Korea, he served as Vice President of Global Accounts at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Korea (HPE), where he led the successful digital transformation of major domestic corporate clients.
