Samsung is participating in the 33rd International Medical & Hospital Equipment Exhibition (KIMAS) to showcase advanced medical devices and new imaging diagnostic technologies. The exhibition hall is divided into three spaces emphasizing accessibility, accuracy, and efficiency.

In 'Accuracy', seven types of imaging diagnostic functions are introduced, including ultrasound functions such as 'S-Detect for Breast', which detects characteristics of breast lesions and assists in determining whether they are malignant or not, and 'IOTA-ADNEX', which shows the risk of malignancy of ovarian tumors, as well as 'Bone Suppression', which blurs bones visible in X-ray images to show lesions behind the bones more clearly.

Under the 'Efficiency' section, the company exhibited the 'GM85' mobile X-ray machine, which won the Product Design category at this year's international design competition, the 'iF Design Award,' for improving the diagnostic process for medical professionals through its slimmer design and convenience, as well as the 'HS60' and 'HS50' ultrasound diagnostic devices. In addition, they showcased 'Crystal Clear Cycle,' a patient-centered diagnostic solution that diagnoses everything from pregnancy to cancer using a single ultrasound device.
